Image Usage and Permissions

- All images must be submitted with explicit permission from the photographer/owner
- For photographs featuring individuals, consent must be obtained from the subjects
- Contributors must include:
- Source attribution for each image
- Written confirmation of permission to use the image
- Context about where and when the image was taken
- Names of individuals featured (where appropriate and with consent)

- Respect confidentiality of individuals and organizations
- Avoid content that could compromise the safety or privacy of vulnerable communities

3. Content Rights
- External contributors retain the intellectual property rights to their ideas
- We maintain the right to edit and format content for clarity and accessibility
- Contributors grant us permission to publish across our platforms and channels
