Community dance classes move into abhinaya practice
The Thudippu team continued the community dance classes with separate sessions for children and adults. Aparna is now guiding both groups into the more technical side of dance, with a stronger focus on abhinaya, expression and how emotions are communicated through movement.

Community students came together for dance practice ahead of an upcoming program at aikyam Space. The sessions are also creating more time for the group to learn together, support one another, and build stronger connections through regular practice.

Aarthi from Olimalar Foundation and Anjali Krishnadas from Thudippu Dance Foundation met at aikyam Space to discuss how they can work together to bring out the best in children from the community. The conversation focused on understanding the children better and finding ways to support their learning, confidence, creativity, and participation through future activities.
