Shradha Shreejaya
With over a decade of dedication to youth and women-led nonprofits in Asia, Shradha stands out in program management, policy advocacy, and sustainable development. A Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung fellow, her expertise spans gender, ecology, and leadership roles since 2010.
Arvind
An undergraduate student majoring in Political Science at Bergen Community College, Arvind wants to make a meaningful impact in the field of policy. He will volunteer at aikyam space for 3 months, starting June, focusing on curating resources for changemakers.
Hridya
As co-founder of the Center for Social Innovation & Impact, Hridya creates programmes where applied art forms can be used to inform stakeholders and inspire inclusive decision-making. She has worked with the Chief Minister's Youth Center project in Meghalaya, & Manthan Sanstha.
Nidhi Sudhan
Co-founder of Citizen Digital Foundation, champions responsible media and technology. With 20 years of experience spanning media, communications, and analytics, Nidhi influences equitable tech practices globally. Listed among 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics™ 2024.
