aikyam’s workshop with ARPO to nurture shared values, reflective practice, and a stronger sense of collective purpose.
Sruthin Lal brought ARPO's new team together for a workshop on values, teamwork and a shared sense of purpose. One exercise mapped their stakeholders against power and impact, and showed that the tribal and dalit cultural practitioners ARPO works with are the most affected by its projects and hold the least power in shaping them.
