TinkerSpace Meetup

Did you know that aikyam space was inspired by TinkerSpace? The aikyam fellows team spent many months as guests at TinkerSpace as we went through our journey of finding our base in Kochi. The warmth and care we received inspired us to start aikyam space to pay the love forward.

So February 4 was an exciting day for all of us at aikyam. We held space for TinkerSpace, TinkerHub’s team as they went through reflections of the year so far at TinkerSpace and what lies ahead in 2025.

The participants—Mehar, Arundathi, Kurian, Reema, Saneem, Abid, and Jasim—came together, sharing insights and ideas that reflected their deep investment & love in TinkerSpace’s growth and future. Shemeer & Abhiram held space for the team to reflect, discuss and debate.

Together in the spirit of collective wisdom, we focused on creating a psychologically safe space for all participants to engage in open dialogue and sharing warmly and freely.
