Stitching team plans how to share production work

Facilitated by Mary Gracy

Shabana met with the stitching team to discuss the new designs, current orders, and the concerns members were facing while handling different tasks. The main challenge was managing time and coordinating several duties at once. We divided responsibilities across the team, from sorting cut pieces and ironing fabric to stitching the final products.
