As a child, Megha wanted to be a police officer in her home state of Maharashtra. Her elder sister introduced her to Surabhi, the founder of Sajhe Sapne. The organisation helps marginalised young rural women learn, earn, & excel in the modern workforce. Megha is keen on helping NGOs with data collection. "I have seen a lot of non-profit organisations using pen & paper for data collection," says Megha. "I want to enable that transition from pen & paper to digital tools, like Kobo Toolbox or say, Mattermost."
