Leadership lab for social change leaders to review progress, celebrate successes, address challenges, and plan for the future.
Make A Difference held its Leadership Circle at aikyam space, this time inviting a few volunteers alongside the fellows who oversee city operations. The group reviewed the past season, brainstormed changes to the Life Skills and Learning & Development programmes, looked at volunteer onboarding and training, and discussed fundraising and partnerships with local schools.
