Facing a strict end-of-day deadline, the stitching unit channeled total focus into fulfilling a major 50-unit tote bag order bound for Bangalore. Between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, the team maintained an intensive production rhythm, cutting, stitching, and finishing the remaining 15 bags in a single continuous push. Once all 50 completed totes were safely handed over for screen printing, the team immediately transitioned to the Kantha workstation, utilizing the late afternoon hours to systematically sort, measure, and stage raw materials for upcoming stitching trials.
