Program Design Workshop with ARISE
Design program that bring mental health awareness and action directly into our local communities. Leveraging the power of volunteering to create spaces where young people can find the social connection and emotional support often missing in modern systems.

Agenda

  • 10AM-10.30AM: Compliance for Non Profits
  • 10.30AM-11.30AM: Look back & Reflect
    • Collective reflection and discussion on the last year of work.
    • Evaluation of successes, areas for improvement, and identifying practices to discontinue.
  • 11.30AM-2PM: Goal setting for 2026
    • Setting a goal for 2026
    • Identifying key stakeholders and their top three needs.
    • Defining which needs is ARISE currently solving for.
    • Mapping a draft impact levels from L1 to L4.
