Overview

Program Design Workshop with Rise Up Home
This workshop aims to safeguard the rights of children who have long been denied the warmth of a family. The session focuses on those subjected to prolonged institutional care without adequate exposure to normal social and community life.

Agenda

The workshop is structured into two main collaborative segments facilitated by Shemeer:

  • Look Back & Reflect
    • Collective reflection and discussion on the last year of Rise Up Home’s work.
    • Evaluation of successes, areas for improvement, and identifying practices to discontinue.
  • Mapping Stakeholders & Key Needs
    • Identifying Rise Up Home’s key stakeholders and their top three needs.
    • Defining which needs Rise Up Home is currently solving for.
    • Mapping out impact levels from L1 to L4.
